The Friday Five for February 17th
Happy Friday everyone. Can you believe we are almost through February? Usually I think of this as the cruelest month, but with this unseasonal weather, I’m still out running the streets. Awesome. Anyway, I think I have assembled a pretty good FIVE for you so have a look.
This article struck me as being very interesting because it occurred to me that a lot of agents spend so much time advertising their listings to the public that they sometimes forget to push it out to the people who ALSO matter….other agents. While the article is specifically about the rental market, I think we could all adapt it for the sales market. Something to think about. Thanks to @rentjuice
Just how do you build trust and credibility on Twitter? First you start by following @Jeffbullas because he is awesome. Then you want to read his post on the subject. Sounds simple because it is!
Thanks to @hubspot for this little bit of enlightenment. If you thought social media took too much time, you might enjoy this article on social media time management. Yes you can do it all in about 10 minutes a day.
Well, at first you might find this post a little on the lame side, but after I finished it I started to think about who some of these points might just help you get the listing or win the offer. Of course it is always nice to be nice, but if you think about applying these 12 ideas to your next presentation, then my job here is done. Lol. Not surprisingly, this list is from the guys @12most
Oh, I like this little tool. If you like Twitter, like I like Twitter than this might come in handy. Can’t remember when you tweeted out that message or that important link? Yeah, that happens to me all the time. Thanks to @alltwtr for showing me the way.
