Happy Friday. Such a fun week. The weather is improving, the sun is shining and the clocks move ahead this weekend. It’s all a sure sign that Winter 2011/2012 is behind us. Even one last blast of snow won’t spoil my mood. So, to honour the changes that are taking place in the world around us, here are this week’s top five social media and technology tips for realtors. Woot woot.

I talk to a lot of agents who want to blog but say they don’t know how to write. Well, I’m here to tell you that writing is easy. Doing it often is harder, and putting your work out there is the hardest. But hey, you have to start somewhere. Here are 7 ways writing actually increases your expertise. I thought it was a pretty good article and worth the read. Thanks to @LizStrauss

As you know, I’m all about knowing if my social media efforts are paying off. So should you. Here is a quick little read from @spinsucks that provides some tips on measuring your social media experience.
