The world’s most successful companies know that social media is a powerful marketing tool, and Cameron Hughes knows how to make social marketing even more effective: by never injecting an ounce of effort into it.Ok, you know I’m a huge fan of Social Media, but even I like to poke fun at myself from time to time, so have a look at this hilarious video from Onion Talks. It’s funny because it’s true.

Oh this one is also quiet amazing. FINALLY proof that Social Media is like SEX. According to this Social Networking is harder to resist than sex. Thanks to @Hubspot for this one. Having trouble with this link so cut and paste in your address bar if it doesn’t show up.

Finally, Its big picture time. It’s hard to escape hearing about social marketing platforms being acquired by major tech players these days. With these tech giants gobbling up companies, it doesn’t seem to be slowing down–but what comes next? Before we go there, let’s briefly take a look at how we got here. Great article via @fastcompany
