There are many reasons why people say no to the sale, and most often it’s not because they’re not interested.  No is the answer of no risk. Yes is the answer of risk.  We know that in previous studies, it takes on average three to seven no’s before someone gets their yes. 90% of sales people give up after the first or second no. Okay so this is not exactly a social media and tech post but still….   http://ronkarr.com/blog/how-to-turn-a-no-into-a-yes/

If you do it well then the crowd shares and it travels around the world at  the speed of a click. Get lucky it and it goes viral and those  thousands turn into millions. Check out these….6 Ways to Expand Your Social Media Reach.

Rabbits! In my family it is a long-standing tradition to say Rabbits on the first day of each month. it is supposed to give you good luck! Honestly, I could use all the luck I can find but when there’s no luck to be found, well hard work can make you pretty lucky too. It’s about helping you find the tools to make you a successful realtor. Enjoy
